Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you buy from Darkkick Sneaker, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent orders, we will be glad to accept change the new one for you in new condition, with original tags attached.

Return items must not be washed,worn and just return your item(s) to us within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels. You can expect your refund in 3-5 days from the date we receive your returned item(s ).

Some Unreturned orders:

•     Package is broken during shipping, but items are good (We will compensate you relevant losses). 
•     Items are broken after using (Can be repaired, charges will be covered by you).   
•     Items have been washed, worn or altered.   
•     You received the items more than 7 days.   

* Please don'y worry if you are abroad, we are always willing to assist you although we are in China.

Return Steps:

• Contact with customer service to apply for returning (Must contact before returning).
• Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
• Include all original packaging and accessories.
• Must contact customers service for our address, and return with this address.
